职位描述：
German textile buying house/ - importer is looking for a qualified fabric merchandiser (female / male)

Major duties/ competences required
- independent price inquiries and price negotiations with fabric suppliers /
traders and producing factories in close contact with head of department
- surveying / initiating environmental activities with fabric suppliers / traders and producing factories
- follow up of orders in close collaboration with suppliers
and principals
- preparation of samples for testing in external institutes / initiate tests
with external institutes / follow up of tests
- coordinate in - line testing / disposition of fabric QC
- coordinate shipping schedules in close collaboration with suppliers
and principals / follow up on shipping schedules
- survey and monitor production schedules with fabric suppliers / traders
and producing factories

Preferably practical experience desired in
- dyeing - / finishing and / or garment assembly
- Q control in textile production / Q control in garment assembly
- experience in shade matching an added advantage

- able to communicate in English (German as added advantage),
both in word and writing
- versed in PC applications



Successful applicant would be stationed in our country office in Shanghai,
