职位描述：
Objective of Job:
- Create functional requirements/specification for relevant EE system, including system logic description, system requirements, SED, VFs, etc.
- Create test case and implement electric system functional / diagnostic validation on bench / vehicle. Be responsible for system calibration and verification of correlated system interface with PAM, ESC and LDW.
- Provide vehicle building support and / or calibration onsite support one week per month: EE system related trouble shooting, issue investigation, supplier management.
- Warranty issue investigation and solving support.
- Working with NAFTA team for investigation, clarification and supporting CR / DCR design and release.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High proficiency in English
- Team oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly

Functionality Skills and Technical skills
- Familiar with full-vehicle electrical architecture / ECU level function and CAN communication knowledge. Having experience of EPS development is a plus.
- Must have the schematic and system function spec comprehensive capability.
- Familiar with FMEA and Problem solving (i.e. 8-D) disciplines

Mgt and Leadership Skills
- Demonstrated leadership experience and skills
- Effectively manage multiple projects and work with team members
- Able to take the lead, set targets, and deliver on time

Experience and education
- Bachelor or above degree in Electronics Engineering, Automation, Vehicle Engineering, &Engineering.
- 3 + Years work experience.
- Must have automotive electrical and electronics system development or validation experience.
