岗位职责
1、技术人员职位，在上级的领导和监督下定期完成量化的工作要求，并能独立处理和解决所负责的任务；
2、根据项目进度和任务分配，完成符合功能要求和质量标准的硬件开发产品；
3、依据产品设计说明，设计符合功能要求的逻辑设计、原理图；
4、编写调试程序，测试开发的硬件设备；
5、编制项目文档及质量记录。
任职资格
1、电子、通信、自动化或计算机类相关专业本科及以上学历；
2、熟悉各类电路及PCB设计工具；
3、具备优秀的人际沟通能力、项目判断能力和团队管理及指导能力；
4、熟悉电子产品的开发及相关业务领域的知识；
5、3年以上的硬件设计工作经验；
6、人品端正，工作细心，能够吃苦耐劳，有强烈的责任心。
