职位描述：
Job Responsibilities：
1. 接到客户图纸后进行图纸与技术规范的审核，并通过技术交流，与客户在图纸和技术规范方面达成一致。
After receiving customer’s drawing, review drawing and technical standard, and through technical communication reach an agreement with customer on drawing and technical standard.
2. 提供模具设计工艺技术要求给供应商进行模具设计，跟踪供应商的模具制造进度并负责完成新模具的安装调试。
Provide supplier with die design process requirement for die design. Follow up supplier’s die production progress and be responsible for installation and commissioning of new die.
3. 提供非标设备设计制造工艺技术要求并配合设备工程师完成非标设备的设计制造与安装调试。
Provide process requirements for non-standard equipment design and cooperate with equipment engineer to design non-standard equipment, complete installation and commissioning.
4. 按照公司新产品开发流程完成整个项目直至顺利量产。
According to the company’s new product development procedure complete the whole project till smooth mass transportation.
5. 参与现生产产品的过程改进，提高产品质量和生产效率，降低生产成本。
Participate in process improvement of existing products to improve products quality and production efficiency, and decrease production cost.
Requirements：
1. 大专及以上学历 Above College degree
2. 专业 Major：机械工程、金属压力加工等 Mechanical engineering, metal tension machining etc.
3. 专业知识和特殊技能要求 knowledge and skills：
具备机械制造与加工工艺专业知识；后几何尺寸与形位公差方面的基础知识。
Have professional knowledge of mechanical manufacturing and machining process; have basic knowledge of geometry parameter and GD&T.
4.优秀的动手能力及现场问题的解决能力。
Have strong manual skills and ability to solve on-the-spot problems.
5.专注于目标达成，以客户为导向。
Target focus and customer orientation
6.熟悉8D.UG.PRoE.Solidwork.AutoCAD.
Be familiar with 8D.UG.PRoE.Solidwork.AutoCAD
7. 经验 Experience:Over 5 years experience in non-standard equipment design.
8. 语言 Language:良好的英语口语及书面表达能力。
Good oral and written English.
9. 个人素质 Personality
有责任心；具备优秀的团队管理能力和团队合作精神；能在压力下工作；工作态度积极、高效；有创造性思维，能够解决复杂问题。
