职位描述：
Responsibility:
- Leadership of the Group’s business and operations in China and implementation of the Group’s strategies and objectives
- Leadership in driving and advancing best practices, growth, revenue and profitability to establish EtonHouse schools and the Group as sustainable, value-adding, socially responsible and respected organizations in China
- Work closely and alongside with the Schools’ Principals in China on matters relating to managing the expenses, operations and manpower planning matters
- Review and implement functional processes/systems for schools and offices in China with the objective of achieving operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and implement relevant policies and procedures to ensure corporate governance at the Group’s schools and offices in China
- Responsible for managing the expenses and ensure that appropriate control and approval processes are implemented and adhered to
- Identify and assess business development opportunities to expand and grow the network of schools in China
- Establish strategic linkages with both private and government bodies in China and follow up with the key stakeholders on matters relating to the start-up or license renewal of schools in China
- Oversee operations to ensure safety, quality control standards, risk management and regulatory compliance matters are observed at all times
- Prepare, consolidate and present annual budget and regular management updates/ reports for Board of Directors at the Group level
- Conduct regular meetings with functional heads of department in China and provide leadership guidance whenever required to manage or resolve operational issues
- Enhancement and protection of the EtonHouse brand throughout China
- Harness the synergy at the Group Level in Singapore to develop an overall marketing strategy for the EtonHouse schools in China taking into consideration the potential market growth and challenges in each of the location to meet enrolment targets

Requirements:
- We are seeking a capable leadership candidate with at least 10 years of comprehensive senior management experience in leading a successful dynamic China-based organisation with profit and loss accountability.
- The incumbent should possess at least a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree qualification from a recognised and renowned University
- He/She should have a proven track record in managing an organisation with multiple stakeholders and diverse functions. An excellent communicator who leads by example, the CEO should have the ability to build successful relationships and partnerships with both private and government bodies.
- Highly motivated, hands-on, analytical with strong business acumen are essential pre-requisites for the CEO to be successful in this role. He/she should also have a keen eye for detail and be an all-rounder who is quick and meticulous with numbers.
- The CEO should be highly proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese/Mandarin. Experience in working with schools or related companies in China will be an added strong advantage.

The EtonHouse International Education Group was founded in 1995 in Singapore. In 18 years, EtonHouse has expanded to 70 international schools and pre-schools across Singapore, China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea and Malaysia，etc. Together, these schools provide quality international education to over 6000 children from 61 nationalities.
 
The curriculum follows the International Baccalaureate (IB) philosophy of Inquiry-based learning. For the early years programme ( Nursery to Kindergarten), a child-responsive, play-based, “Inquire ·Think·Learn” pedagogy is followed. The early childhood curriculum is inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach.
