Job Description
1) Report to Sales Director
2) Responsible for selling software product, project services, maintenance contract, and related hardware
3) Manage full sales cycle from discovering, proposal, contract, payment collection, and maintaining
4) Manage good relationship with customers through all phase of sales cycle
5) Meet sales revenue target and KPIs
6) Comply with sales process, tools, and reporting requirements
7) Able to adapt consultative solution sales approach
8) Keep up-to-date sales level product knowledge
9) Develop prospect and customer list through calls, channels, and other sources
10) Able to create quote and sales level proposal
11) Maintaining and tracking up-to-date sales forecast, customer information, and reports
12) Able to prepare materials for one-on-one and group presentation
13) Able to leverage internal and external resource at pre-sales stage to close deals
14) Organize and conduct internal and external meetings to address sales and after-sales purpose
15) Participate and support marketing activities like exhibition, trade show, and seminars.
16) Maintain open and effective communication with suppliers, partners, customers and internal team
17) Travel is required
Skill Requirements
1) Able to demonstrate sales record (3+yeas) at high level achievement
2) 3-5 years experiences in selling of MES product and service in discrete manufacturing industry
3) Able to demonstrate solution selling experience and successful customer references
4) Strong presentation skill and able to interact with any level within organization
5) Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
6) Solid knowledge of manufacturing process and IT aspects
7) Good command in writing and speaking both Chinese and English
8) Good presence of leadership and communication skill
9) Positive attitude and self-motivated
10) A team player
