Job Description: Supply Chain Coordinator

The company Ebär GmbH is selling and distributing worldwide carbon fiber bicycle products and is more and more expanding their portfolio. Currently we are looking for a Supply Chain Officer that is joining our team and supporting the international business development by establishing and securing a suitable Supply Chain from our suppliers in Asia to our customers worldwide.

Job Description

- Responsible for Logistics and Supply Chain activities
- Coordination of product requirements with suppliers
- Support in selecting, negotiating and contracting suppliers in China, Taiwan and Overseas
- Scheduling and coordinating the production and delivery planning with the Suppliers
- Selection and management of suitable warehouses/ fulfillment centers
- Warehouse management of the finished goods in the key markets
- Management of product returns and replacements
- Supporting our international exhibitions
- Support in forecast planning
- Support business development
Job Requirements

- Strong Supply Chain and Logistics experience from suppliers to the end-consumer in the international key markets
- Strong Insights in the bicycle industry, ideally with carbon fiber products
- Ideally experienced in coordination of OEM factories
- Sales experience is not necessary but would be a plus
- Professional English and Chinese level
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
