The Project Management is ultimately responsible and accountable for the execution of all programs assigned to him / her, and adherence to Fuba program management processes.
This role ensures flawless launch performance and meets all program targets including, but not limited to: 0-0-100-100-30 (0 recordable injuries; 0 customer quality rejections; 100% on time delivery to the customer; 100% of the CAR financial targets; measured during the first 30 calendar days after the customer’s Start of Production).
Program Manager is expected to manage several Minor programs, or one Major program. The Program Manager is an entry level position into Program Management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Project Integration Management-Ensures problem identification and resolution for his / her program.
2.Project Scope and Risk Management ： Ensures effective and timely scope management with emphasis on customer scope changes and executes the Scope Change process and approval.
3.Project Time and Resource Management ：Creates high quality timing plans that are developed with the program team with effective buy in from all functional areas.
4.Project Cost and Financial Management ： Ensures that all program financial targets and budgets are met.
5.Project Quality: Ensure that quality objectives and roadmaps are developed and executed via their program teams.
6.Project Procurement: Ensures sourcing on time with high quality suppliers.
Education/ Certification ：
Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
Master’s degree in Business Administration is preferred.
PMP certification is preferred.
Work Experience ：
Minimum of 6 years’ experience in the automotive industry and 3 years in another functional group (Engineering, Operations, Finance, Quality, Sales or Purchasing).
Experience in at least 2 key functional areas: Program Management, Engineering, Quality, Finance, Operations, and Sales.
Proven knowledge of program management methodology, tools and techniques.
Participation or leadership in a cross functional team.
Specialized Skills/Knowledge ：
Lead, motivate and drive a cross functional team.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Execution and quality focus.
Ability to travel.
Fluent in English. Multiple languages preferred (German).
Knowledge of MS Office and MS Project.
Base in Wujiang, 20km far from the SIP
