Major Responsibilities:

Management:
? Responsible for maintaining a controlled financial environment that complies with company’s internal control policies.
? Line management of staff based in the Finance Department.
? Improve and develop ongoing reporting and analysis to aid budgetary control and decision making.

Financial, Operational Controls and Compliance in accordance with relevant GAAP and accounting standards:

? Ensure that there is an effective and efficient system of internal controls including integrity, asset protection, budgeting and financial reporting
? Prepare monthly and routine financial reports to summarize and forecast business activity and financial position in areas of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Variance Analysis, Reconciliations and Operational KPIs
? Gather and assemble budget information and prepare plant budget for review with local management and submission to the Corporate Controller
? Liaise with the outside auditors and arrange annual audit
? Assist in preparing quarterly covenant compliance reports for the Corporate Controller
? Provide financial analyses as needed, in particular for capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations
? Actively monitor and control spending where appropriate
? Comply with local reporting requirements and tax filings
? Ensure compliance on Human Resource and payroll
? Provide margin and other business analysis
? Maintain the chart of accounts and financial books and controls
? Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
? Local cash flow management
? Payroll is processed in a timely manner
? Local insurance coverage
? Other areas of responsibility include but are not limited to inventory reporting and control, standard costing, BOM's and production reporting, fixed asset reporting, reconciliation. 举报 分享
