- Ability to communicate effectively with end users, with a positive approach to customer care;

- Ability to work under own initiative and as a member of a team;
- The ability to deal effectively with complexity and the unexpected;

- Great interest in IT field;

- Support end users in Chinese and English;

- Advanced knowledge of windows 7, windows 10 ;

- Ability to write documentation in English;

- Ability to work in collaboration with team mates and willing to share knowledge;

- Experience with IT Service management; An ability to gain new technical IT skills quickly in a rapidly changing discipline;

- Good organizational skills.
