Job Responsibility:

1. Assist to design and optimize training system, includes policies, procedures and standards to meet the organizational business objectives.
2. Conduct training needs collection and analysis based on people development.
3. Organize training implementation and conduct training effectiveness evaluation.
4. Maintain and update training records and training report.
5. Implement and optimize the new employee orientation program.
6. Responsible to manage training system in workshop, including organize external/internal training and skill contest.
7. Management of qualification certificate, including operation skill and special position.
8. Assist to construct diversified learning and development resources to fit team & individual development needs
9. Assist on culiture building projects and activities.
10. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor or above graduation.
2. Good ability in listening, speaking, reading and written English.
3. More than 5 years’ work experience of Training and Development related experience in manufactory.
4. Experience in organizing activities with good planning and executable ability is preferred.
5. Strong communication skills and socializing ability.
6. Excellent Microsoft skills especially in Excel and PPT.on Culture 举报 分享
