职位描述：
? Develops, implements, and maintains technical quality assurance and control systems and activities.
? Defines and specifies the implementation of standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision, accuracy, and reliability of company products.
? Supports the automation projects qualification and leads the implementation
? Support customer complaint analysis and leads the investigation of cases which related with QC, leads the CA/PA implementation
? Lead the continue improvement events
? Drive for quality conctrol continue improvement

Job Description:
-Responsible for Caps quality control in outgoing inspection, leads the improvement actions to achieve CPM target
-Leads QC continue improvements in quality, productivity and cost
-Leads the implementation of automation projects to achieve cost road map targets
-Schedules work on a daily basis to meet OTD
-QC team development in leadership and ownership to achieve AOP targets
-Trains inspectors in general inspection duties and specific quality requirements
-Communicates to employees the details of company policies and procedures. Takes appropriate action when violated
