职位描述：
Education and Experience:

1. Degree educated or equivalent in Electronics , Engineering or related pure science
2. Be able to use fluent speaking skill in English
3. Be familiar with customer complaints handling, including customer returns investigations and 8D reporting
4. Be able to problem solve effectively
5. Be familiar with APQP, including PPAP/SPC/MSA/FMEA/Control Plan
6. Be familiar with quality document system.
7. Can possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across all functions and manage complex multitask activities.
8. Be familiar with continuous improvement process
9. Be familiar with the Quality tools, six sigma and Lean manufacturing techniques will be advantage.
10. Experience of TS16949 will be prior
11. At least 3 years experience, a high volume , automotive electronics manufacturing experience will be prior
12. Experience in automotive industry will be a distinct advantage.

Activities summary:

The Quality Engineer works under the direction of the Quality Manager to ensure continuous compliance of products to Customer expectations consistent with established standards and through effective and efficient utilisation of resources.
? Assist in all aspects of departmental duties as applicable.
? Customer Returns investigations and reporting to customers.
? Use of measuring equipment such as Micrometers, Calipers, Plain Limit Gauges etc is essential.
? As part of a cross functional team, activities will include the investigation and correction of production non-conformities, continuous improvement, reject reduction, quality monitoring and cost recovery.
? Knowledge on all aspects of APQP including:
- Preparation of PPAP to customers
- Conducting process capability studies
- Control Plan
- FMEA
- MSA
- 8D Reports
- Initial Sample Inspection Report 举报 分享
