职位描述：
Common Duties and Responsibilities 岗位职责:
？ Develop and deliver electronics/electrical systems of pedestrian door solutions to meet market needs, applicable regulatory and industry standards.

？ Provide project technology leadership in terms of hands-on electronics/electrical design during new product developments, continue engineering and value engineering.

？ Produce accurate electronics design data including, but not limited to, specifications, manuals, assembly instructions, illustrations, costings, schematics, bills of materials, source codes, test procedures etc.

？ Identify and analyze EE design problems to achieve optimal solutions that satisfy cost and technical requirements.

？ Support design reviews, both customer and internal as required.
支持设计评审，顾客和内部要求。
？ Participate in project planning and meet committed timelines.

？ Work with verification & validation team to develop and implement appropriate test processes, fixtures and procedures.

？ Work with and involve other departments in the design process to ensure that designs are practical to manufacture and cost effective.

？ Co-ordinate and manage electronics design resource.

？ Follow all Health and Safety requirements.

Competency 任职要求:
？ Master degree in Electronics Engineering or related
电子工程或相关领域硕士以上学历
？ 8 years or above full lifecycle electronics product with embedded microcontroller development experience.
？ 8年或8年以上工作在嵌入式电子产品开发经验。
？ Proficient in PCB design, layout & debug, expert with tools like Protel, Cadence, etc.
？ 在PCB设计中精通设计，布线和调试，擅长Protel、Cadence等工具。
？ Experienced in EMC testing & compliance, automated testing, as well as using standard testing equipments
？ 在电磁兼容测试与合规、自动化测试以及使用标准测试设备方面具有丰富的经验。
？ Good understanding of UL and IEC safety requirement would be preferred
？ 深入理解UL和IEC安全标准者优先。
？ Experience of DC motor controls would be preferred
？ 具有直流电机控制经验者优先。
？ Knowledge of Firmware/Software programming, such as C/C++, XML, Labview, etc
？ 了解固件/软件编程，如C/C++、 XML、 Labview等。
？ Excellent analytical and diagnosis skills with a common sense approach to problem solving.
？ 良好的分析和诊断技巧和常规的解决问题的方法。
？ Good command of spoken and written English is must.
？ 流利的英语口语和书面表达能力。
