职位描述：
Education
Bachelor degree with engineering background, education in Environmental engineering or safety engineering is preferred

Language
Good written and spoken English

Professional Experience
- Minimum 5 years experiences in EHS management
- Familiar with Chinese laws and regulations related to safety and environment
- Management representative of ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 system is preferred
- National certificate in safety engineer is preferred

Others
- A good team worker and proven record in working with conflict
- Being proactive and always looking for the improvement and better solutions-

Main Responsibility:
Plan and implement EHS activities to meet the requirement of Group, Company, and Na-tional regulations and standards such as ISO14001&OHSAS18001etc.

Daily Duties:
1.Develop efficient EHS strategies
2.Maintain ISO14001&OHSAS18001 management system; maintain relevant stand-ards, procedures and processes; conduct the external and internal audit
3.Ensure the laws, regulations, and Group requirements are complied
4.Ensure all employees understand company’s EHS requirements by training and coaching
5.Analyze incident investigation and observation/coaching reports and follow up the corrective and preventive actions
6.Report EHS KPI and activities to management monthly
7.Develop safety program for educating contractors and suppliers
8.Organize the EHS inspection to ensure EHS requirements are implemented
9. Lead & develop a team of EHS professionals from different sites
