职责：
1. Supervise the production activities to achieve KPI of production incl. productivity, output, Y/R.
计划、监督生产活动，在生产性、产量和良品率等方面完成绩效指标。
2. Manage the shift operator, to implement quality and process system. Ensure operators follow the procedure and instruction; ensure products meet the quality standard.
班管理，执行质量和工艺体系。确保操作员按质量流程及作业指导书生产，确保产品质量标准。
3. Arrange production according to production plan & materials situation.
根据生产计划和材料状况安排生产。
4. Manage production area and implement 5S /Visual management /Kanban system.
管理生产区域，并执行5S、可视化、看板管理体系。
5. Involved in productivity improvement activity and implementation.
参与执行生产性改善活。
6. Evaluate manpower requirement and assignment, staff coaching and motivation.
人力需求评估和合理地分配资源。员工培训与提升。
7. Subordinate performance evaluations.
对下属绩效进行评估。
工作内容：
1. Arrange daily production plan.
根据生产计划和材料状况安排每班次生产
2. Conduct and supervise product quality issue & abnormal materials on-line.
管理、监督在线产品质量问题及异常材料。
3. Follow up production schedule and update daily production report.
跟踪生产进度，更新每日生产报表。
4. People management and arrangement.
现场人员管理与安排。
5. Implement for EHS management of workshop.
车间环境、卫生、安全管理的执行。
6. Daily operators meeting.
组织每日作业员会议。
任职资格：
1. College degree or above in mechanical or other similar industry.
大专以上学历. 机械或与之相近的工科类专业。
2. Above 5 years working experience and minimum 2 years working experience as production supervisor, with background in multinational company is preferred.
5年以上工作经验，至少有2年以上的主管工作经验，有外资公司工作背景为佳。
3. Leadership and communication skill, with teamwork spirit.
优秀的领导能力、人际关系和团队合作精神.
4. Be familiar in the use of Microsoft Office.
熟练使用办公自动化.
5. Basic skill of English communication.
日常的英语沟通技能.
6. ISO9000 knowledge and internal auditor certificate is preferred.
熟悉ISO9000.最好有内审员证书.
