职位描述：
1、 协助人事主管制定并完善企业各类员工招聘制度与计划；
2、 定期或不定期对公司人力资源状况进行调查分析，掌握内部人员供求情况，进行；
3、 建立并拓展招聘渠道，保证招聘来源；
4、 负责招聘信息的草拟及发布；
5、 初筛选应聘人员，做好招聘面试工作；
6、 建立、完善、维护员工档案与人才数据库；
7、 整理并不断完善各岗位的工作说明书；
8、 执行并完善员工入职、转正、离职等相关政策及流程；
9、 高校及政府外联及申报事务；
10、完成上级领导交办的其他工作。
任职要求：
1、 人力资源管理、心理学、法律、语言文学或相关专业本科及以上学历；有高校招聘经验者优先；
2、 从事人力资源工作2年以上，具备HR专业知识；
3、 具有良好的书面、口头表达能力，具有亲和力和服务意识，沟通领悟能力强；
4、 熟练使用常用办公软件及相关人事管理软件；
5、 了解国家各项劳动人事法规政策；
6、 吃苦耐劳，工作细致认真，原则性强，有良好的执行力及职业素养；
