主要职责(Main Responsibilities):
? Run smoothly the "purchase request/purchase order/reception of goods'' system and its links with the Finance & Accounting Department
作为与财务部的关联项目,顺利运行“采购需求/采购订单/收货单”系统
? Purchases all consumables for all Departments
为其他各个部门采购消耗品
? Optimizes the purchasing strategy in order to keep the minimum stocks so as to guaranty the smooth operation of the plant and minimizes costs
优化采购策略,降低库存,降低工厂生产成本
? Responsible for sourcing local suppliers
负责搜索本地供应商
? Communication with Customs house and other relevant government officers to keep updated knowledge on policies related to import/export/shipping
与海关和其他相关政府部门沟通联系来获取进出口,运输的新政策
? Process relative process

o Duty free approvals
免税批准
o Machine and electronics certificate, commodity inspection
电子执照,商品检验
o Prepare all required document and papers

? Coordination with shipping forwarder or customs broker
与船运代理商或报关行联系
o Arrange and handle customs clearance process for import and export within specified lead time.

o Performance evaluation and management on shipping forwarder and customs broker
对船运代理商或报关行进行评估和管理
o Claim for insurance company or forwarder for material damage or shortage
为物资损失向保险公司或船运代理要求赔偿
? Payment processing

o Check all bills and arrange payment with Finance & Accounting Department
与财务部门一起核查采购账单,并安排付款
? Ensures accurate inventory
确保库存精准
o Organizes the warehouse inventory with section chart and row count
管理仓库库存量
o Enters received shipments into inventory system
出入货信息录入库存系统
? Ensures correct shipments
精确的确保出入货
o ascertain any damages and verify correct quantity
确定任何货物损伤情况并核准货量的准确性
o Prepares correct Bill of Loading
准备提单
o Communicates with carriers
与货物承运人联系
o Schedules pickup, deliveries and repairs for vendors to ensure a smooth operating warehouse (i.e. waste, fuel, forklift, equipment, etc.)
确保仓库顺利运作(消耗量,燃料,叉车,设备)
? Cooperation with teamwork
团队协作
o Supervises warehouse associates and ensures team works together as efficiently as possible

? clean and safe work environment, following all company procedures and guidelines outlined by OSHA
Communicates with customers as needed

资格要求(Qualifications):
? University Degree in related field or equivalent
本科以上相关专业
? 3-5 years of work experience in the same role
3-5年以上相关工作经验
? Full knowledge in supply chain is a plus

资格/技能Qualifications/Skills:
? Good computer skills
有良好电脑操作水平
? Proficiency of English (verbal, writing, listening)
有良好英文听说读写能力
? Very strong communication and coordination capabilities, troubleshooting skills
