要求
1. 大专以上学历，机械或相关专业；2. 能熟练编制数控机床程序，必须有两年以上3轴数控机床（法兰克系统））编程经验，5轴经验优先选择；3. 能熟练应用设计软件如Edge-CAM，Solid edge等；4. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神；5. 良好的英语听说读写能力。
1. Responsible for CNC programs for all kinds of CNC machines. e.g. CNC lathe/milling, including 3 and 5-axis machine
2.According to the drawing to compile production technology process running card
3. Timely response to manufacturing issue, provide in time solution and reasonable suggestions
4. Management machining drawings and programs
5. The cutting tool selection and fixture design
6. Confirm the machining CNC-Program s while producing the sample products until get good result.
7. Participate in planning and implementation on continuous improvement on quality and enhance productivity
8. Work together with tools supplier do for cutting tests and select for the tool optimization
9. Provide technical support to Machining, Fitting, and customers throughout the tooling manufacturing process.
10. Develop timesheet budget for each manufacturing process and let the actual manufacturing hours meet the budgeted hours;
11. Maintain documentation record of complete tooling program.
12. Actualize the programs after changing, save the programs on the server.
13. Provide training to experienced operators and make them to run the CNC-program fluently.
14. Be able to read and analysis the drawings, and familiar with the dimension tolerance and geometrical tolerance, have the knowledge on tools, fixture and gauge, rich experience on machining operation.
15. Diligent, independent, teamwork concept, earnest and have strong sense of responsibility.
