ACCOUNTABILITIES/KEY MEASURES/职责/主要衡量指标
1) 50%-Support operation on site by:
- Spare part preparation 备件准备
- Keep post-machining equipment working, monitor & adjust significant parameters in process.保持后加工设备的工作，监控和调整工艺中的重要参数
- Conduct and follow up equipment/process validation执行和跟进设备/工艺验证
- Deliver post-machining process training to operators.向操作员提供后加工工艺培训
2) 40%-Support CIP project by:
- Conduct and follow up engineering test;进行和跟进工程测试
- Draft WI, MPS and SWS;
3) 10%-Support transfer project, NPI project and other engineering project by:
- Fixture, mask & tooling preparation;夹具，面具和工具的准备
- Machine setup and changeover;机器安装和转换
- Program test, modification and optimization;程序测试，修改和优化
- Other activities related with first article delivery.

Required Competencies and Skills/所需的能力与技能:
- 2-3 years Experience in surface finishing process. Including, but not limited to drag-finishing, blasting, solvent cleaning, deburring, polishing and etc. 2-3年表面加工工艺经验，包括但不限于拖拽研磨，喷砂，溶剂清洗，去毛刺，抛光等
- Experience in process development and improvement is preferred有工艺开发和改进经验者优先
- Effective Communicator and team work.有效的沟通和团队合作
- Customer and Quality focus.客户和质量焦点
