职位描述：
Job Description:

1. Plan and organize engineering projects throughout the factory, including of introducing new products to production, setting up new processes, and the process improvement for existing processes;
2. Estimate project cost and make financial analysis to evaluate and optimize the solution;
3. Work with team to select supplier for projects, manage quotation and budget during projects executing;
4. Develop and follow up project plan, periodically update project report to superior managers;
5. Develop and validate the processes and equipments, prepare working instructions;
6.Collect, comprehend and familiar with the Chinese automotive specific government standards and industry standards, such as QC/T29106, etc.
7. Customer satisfaction and enlarge new biz.

Job Requirement:

1. Over 3 years engineering and project experience in cable harness manufacturing field;
2. Good communication skill with teamwork and excellent leadership;
3. Have basic English knowledge and speak fluently；
4. Familiar with different manufacturing process.
