职位描述：
Professional skill requirement (including certificates, etc.):
？College or Bachelor degree in related major preferably;
？Above 1 years of working experience in office area with the position of assistant (Prior experience in PU is a plus);
？Good written and oral communication skills in English; Able to manage with many various activities simultaneously, with excellent follow-up and attention to detail;
？Software knowledge: MS-Office (ERP Sys is a plus);
？Basic knowledge in procurement and related regulations.
Responsibility/Tasks description
？Perform procurement acc. to PU-Process/Procedure based on resp. Commodities, conduct negotiations and conclude contracts to ensure the availability of demands for the production activities in the manner of quality, timing and costs:
？Maintenance; Repair and Operation / MRO related; Services related;
？Perform Supplier Management acc. to PU-Process/Procedure based on resp. commodities, ensure our suppliers are compliant with our procurement processes and strategy;
？Implement Single Purchasing Order and Schedule Agreement in the SAP system, maintain basic master data in the SAP system based on correctness and integrity for resp. commodities related;
？Documentation Management in Purchasing office:
？Assist PU dept. in Suzhou headquarters, to promote production line run smoothly.
？Keep good communication with suppliers and other functional departments;
？Support resp. buyers for the optimization of Safety stock and Stock level acc. to production plan, minimize Stock Value;
？Assist PU Director to implement and optimize the procurement system to meet the KPI in PU dept;
？Assist PU Supervisor to realize the needs from “internal customers”, support in Cross-Function activities. 举报 分享
