职位描述：
Purpose:
？ Engineering Projects management, automation development, equipment reliability improvement

Reports To:
？ Maintenance & Engineering Manager China

Dimensions of Position:
？ Project cost control
？ Project time control
？ Number of headcount saving to plants
？ MTBF increase of key equipment in plants

Key Result Areas:
？ Work with project team, purchase and supplier to control project cost
？ Work with project team, purchase and supplier to control project finish deadline
？ Work with operations to design and install automation equipment to decrease Number of headcount in plants
？ Work with supplier and maintenance managers to improve MTBF of key equipment in plants
？ Production equipment modification/installation design and project management
？ Automation project function design
？ Refractory production equipment reliability improvement

Qualifications:
？ 28~35，
？ Mechanical engineer, major at mechanical design or electromechanical engineering.
？ Registered mechanical engineer preferred

Experience:
？ 4+ year state own company manufacturing experience
？ 3+ multinational manufacturing company experience
？ Industry: chemical, refractory, steel
？ solid experience of mechanical design
？ solid experience of non-standard automation product line design

Knowledge:
？ Well understand design norms, well practical using DFMEA, know main stream brands instruments and meters, mechanical, hydraulic components and their advantage and disadvantage.
？ Understand metallic materials performance and their required heat process.
？ Well understand hydraulic components mechanism and their applications.
？ Basic PLC knowledge and skill, skilled at CAD.

？ Able to work under pressure, active at work, good personal skills, project management skills, good hobbies and positive at life

？ Convince management team on investment a new idea without guarantee
