Job Summary:
Deal with technical enquires regarding mechanical (gearbox, mechanisms, etc.), electronics (boards, sensors, motors, etc.) and functional specifications (parameter set-up/firmware) for the purpose to provide product specifications, installation support, maintenance support and problem solving related to technical matters.
Responsibilities Include:
1. Provide technical support and service regarding the technical and economic solution.
2. Service customers on site on technical and practical matters.
3. Follow up open projects, keep project list properly.
4. Follow enquires and planning related to installations, as well as enquiries/problem solving Log for traceability, historical data-base and growing internal know-how/training NCN data Log.
5. Monitor and give approvals for final installation.
6. Prepare the technical documentation of products for China Market.
7. Training documentation and trainings held on site or in offices to Distributors and Customers when requested.
8. Support for technical biding preparation, make drawings and technical documents.
9. Technical demonstration, accompany sales to meet customers for technical enquires.
Position Requirements:
1. Majored in mechanical and electronical engineering or Automation.
2. Knowledge of the mechanical assembly products.
3. Deep understanding and solving of practical technical issues related to mechanics, electronics and software/parameter settings.
4. English skill in reading, writing, preferable for the ability in listening and speaking English.
5. Good knowledge in the use of MS software including Outlook, Excel, Word and AutoCAD, be able to study and plan installation layouts using AutoCAD software.
6. Self-motivated individual, be able to organize daily activities by himself and manage stress and workload efficiency without direct supervision.
7. Strong ability to meet commitments, team spirit.
8. Good interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.
