职位描述：
Responsible for the planning, development and management of marketing strategy
负责市场战略规划,发展和管理

? 依据公司整体战略规划、负责制定公司年度市场战略规划、推广策略及市场预算；
according to the company's strategy, make annual marketing strategy, promotion strategy and market budget；
? 处理公司内外各类新闻媒体与品牌管理相关事务，对公司开展的各类活动进行新闻媒体和公关活动支持；
deal with all kinds of news media and brand management affairs, support the activities of news media and public relations carried out by company；
? 制定年度广告策略及各阶段媒介投放计划、监控、评估、发布；make annual advertising and media plan, such as monitor, evaluate and release,
? 制定年度市场活动策略、计划及开展公关活动、促销活动；
make annual marketing strategy, develop public relations and promotion activities.
? 确定公司产品和服务的需求、竞争者和潜在客户，制定价格策略，确保公司利润最大化和客户满意度最大化；
identify company's products and services requirement, competitors and potential customers, define pricing strategies, maximize company's profit and customer satisfaction.
? 深入研究市场发展动态，包括国家政策和同行业竞争势态，进行市场预测，做好信息反馈；
research market trends, including the national policy and competitors’ status, make market predictions, keep the feedback.
? 定期对公司、竞争对手的产品销售数据进行分析，为销售部门及管理层做决策提供参考依据；
provide the reference for sales department and management to make decision by analyzing the sales data of company and competitors regularly;
? 指导设计师进行各类宣传资料的设计和制作。
supervise the designer to design and make publicity materials
要求
? 本科（含）以上学历；
Bachelor degree or above
? 市场营销、金融相关专业优先；
Marketing and public relations major is preferred
? 具有敏感的商业和市场意识，分析问题及解决问题能力强，具有优秀的资源整合能力、业务推进能力及团队管理能力；
Sensitive business and market awareness, excellent problem analysis and solving ability, good at integrate resources, business promotion and team management;
? 有e-commerce工作经验；
? e-commerce working experience;
? 工作积极、主动，有较强的工作责任心和事业心、团队精神；
active in work， with strong sense of responsibility, dedication and team spirit
? 良好的英语口语和书面英语能力
good English in oral and written
