职位描述：
工作职责：
The Senior Planner is responsible for SIOP planning and maintaining appropriate level of inventory necessary to support China Orthopedics business. This includes demand planning and supply planning. The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1) Lead and optimize SIOP process,Work with SalesMarketingcommercial team, actively involved in forecasting process, ensure the accuracy of loading before procurement triggering. Closely work with commercial team to understand the revenue target and work out inventory planning to catch revenue target.
2) Work with Global IBP team for supply planning. Schedule inventory replenishment plan with China Procurement Team.
3) Coordinate demand and supply through varies functions to ensure China planning work running at healthy and efficient level.
4) Establish and implement effective safety stock policy to minimize the backlog and inventory carrying costs.
5) Perform Supply Chain KPI analysis and reporting.
6) Drive continuous improvement on forecast accuracy and inventory turn, etc.

任职资格：
1） Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Computer Science or a directly relevant discipline
2） Minimum 4 years’ work experience in Supply Chain Planning function with MNCs
3） Strong data acumen with excellent analytical skills in Excel and ERP system.
4） Excellent demonstrable inter-personal skills, ability to collaborate with cross-functional Teams
5） High proficiency in both oral and written English
6） Experience with Orthopedics company or other Medical Device company is highly preferred 举报 分享
