职位描述：
Job Description:
1. Make travel arrangements for staff (include hotel reservation, airline tickets booking)
2. Coordinate and direct company drivers’ service upon request
3. Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff number
4. Receive, sort and distribute incoming correspondences, including faxes and packages; help to send out or transfer the packages when necessary and maintain the record
5. Order and maintain the inventory of office supplies
6. Receive visitors and serve for drinks or other requirements when needed
7. Follow up other Admin assignments upon request

Requirement:
1. College or above, at least 4 years’ working experience or above.
2. Good at verbal and written English. Proficient with Excel and Word.
3. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
4. Hard working, willing to work under pressure, able to work after working hours for urgent travel arrangements. 举报 分享
