职位描述：
任职要求：
1. Bachelor degree (preferably in Safety Science or Environmental Science)
2. Equipped with the license of Safety Officer certified by the Welfare and Labour protection Department.
3. Minimum of ONE year’ experience in Safety management gained from multi-international companies.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Sound knowledge of China safety, occupational health and environment regulations.
6. The job incumbent must be all time alerted for the risks and preventive measures by frequent and consistent observation through planning, plant round walking, and inspecting.
7. The job incumbent serves the Safety Committee as founder and secretary for the monthly safety meeting and submit the minute report of safety committee to the management and Labor Department.
8. The job incumbent needs to advise to and get comments closely from line managers and operation colleagues.

1. 本科学历，安全专业或者环境专业优先。
2. 具有劳动保障部门颁发的安全员许可证。
3. 至少1年跨国公司安全管理方面的工作经验。
4. 良好的人际关系处理能力和沟通能力。
5. 熟悉中国安全、职业健康和环境方面的规定。
6. 该职位必须通过规划、工厂巡视、检查等频繁、持续的观察，对风险和预防措施保持时刻警惕。
7. 该职位是安全委员会每月安全会议的主持人和记录人，并向管理层和劳动部门提交安全委员会的记录报告。
8. 该职位需要与直线管理人员和运营部门的同事保持密切联系，为其提供建议、并收集评论。


职位职责：
1. Conduct the daily safety audit in the plant;prepare the report and keep monitoring on implementing status of all the findings; Prepare the weekly and monthly follow up report and improve the audit follow up efficiency;
2. Accident information collecting and prepare the report and keep monitoring of the implementing status of the actions;
3. Implement the training program for all the staffs(new employees, position changing, electricians ,welders, office staff…),including First Aid Training ;Forklift Drivers Training ; Contractors Training; Emergency Response Training ; Shuttle Bus Drivers Training;
4. Safety test program proceeding;
5. Immediate Incident information communication via shift changing meeting; EHS Public board information and public folder update regularly;
6. Manage the security guard team and improve their performance, coordinate with HR Administration for Aden, Canteen safety and health;
7. Implement the procedure of the permit of the hot work,contractor,confined space,etc..
8. Coordinate with supplier for fire protection equipments are regularly maintained, and run well; Internal monitor the monthly fire extinguishers inspection;
9. Contact with external inspection party to measure the noise,dust,ethyl acetate, radiation protection equipment etc., according to health and environmental related legal regulatory and global EHS requirements; Internal Measure gas concentration,ozone,static remover,etc..
10. Contact and communicate with government authority, prepare the regular reports and submit to government concerned Occupational Health, Environmental and Radiation related;
11. Responsible for the Pest control management to make sure the service peoples are doing the things in the right way;
12. Coordinate with HR and production departments, responsible for the license monitoring of the special workers(forklift driver,electrician,crane operator,welder,etc..)
13. Collect and Maintain the EHS KPI data(waste,energy,CO2,incidents) in the e-room;
14. Waste disposal area monitor and management;
15. Take care injury employee’s concerned issues,hospital,medicare fee reimbursement, after injury treatment,etc..
16. Coordinate with leaving employee for exit health examination;
17. 5S and lean activity of all public area;
18. Other assignments from direct superior.


1. 实施工厂内的日常安全审查；准备报告，并监督所有发现情况的执行状态；准备每周和每月的跟踪报告，改善审查跟踪的效率。
2. 收集事故信息，准备报告，并监督措施的执行状态。
3. 对所有员工（新员工，职位变更，电工，焊工，办公室员工……）开展培训项目，包括：急救知识培训，叉车驾驶员培训，派遣员工培训，应急响应培训，班车司机培训。
4. 安全测试项目开展。
5. 通过轮班会议即时沟通事故信息；定期更新EHS公告板信息和公共文件夹。
6. 管理保安团队，并改善其绩效，与人事行政部门协调安顿、餐厅安全和健康。
7. 对高温作业、派遣员工、密闭空间作业等执行许可程序。
8. 就消防设备的定期维护和良好运转与供应商进行协调；内部监督每月的灭火器检查。
9. 联系外部检验机构根据健康和环境相关的法律法规、以及全球EHS要求，对噪声、粉尘、乙酸乙酯，辐射防护设备等进行测量；内部测量气体浓度、臭氧、静电去除等。
10. 与政府机构联系并沟通，定期准备、并向政府提交有关职业健康、环境和辐射相关的报告。
11. 负责虫害控制管理，确保服务人员以正确的方式行事。
12. 协调人力资源部门和生产部门，负责特殊岗位员工的许可监督（叉车驾驶员，电工，吊车司机，焊工等）。
13. 收集并维护电子房内的EHS关键绩效考核数据（废弃物、能源、二氧化碳、事故）。
14. 废弃物处理区域的监督和管理。
15. 关注受伤员工关心的问题、住院、医药费用报销、伤后处理等。
16. 协调离职员工的离职健康检查。
17. 所有公共区域的5S和精益活动。
