职位描述：
Assist Production Manager to manage the entire production department with the increase of production complexity;
Closely monitor the production gain and loss, and work with related functional teams to do continuously improvement;
Collect, analyse and report production data, and work with Production Manager to seek continuous improvement opportunities for pursuing better performance;
Lead continuous improvement projects in production team, working with functional teams.
Assist Production Manager to manage important projects (i.e. investment project on capacity expansion, productivity improvement, …);
Support functional groups in production team, working close with other functional team to solve problems and make records for future reference.
Manage equipment which are in the charge of production team (i.e. test equipment, forklift, tooling …);
Manage fix asset;
Work with functional groups in production team to create, update and maintain working instruction and procedure, and coordinate the related training in time.
Other duties assigned by supervisor.
任职要求：
?This position requires a University degree in Science/Engineering. An advanced degree would be an asset.
?Strong knowledge of TS16949 and ISO 14001 standards
?Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the manufacturing and/or process technology fields is required.
?Experience in science/engineering, manufacturing method
?Fluent in both Chinese and English
?Proven communication, organization, management and leadership skills, and good problem solving capability, result oriented. As well as the ability to interface with all levels within the organization. 举报 分享
