职位描述：
基本要求：
1. Education level: university education
2. Professional : economy
3. Language knowledge: Proficient in English
4. PC knowledge level (programs): MS office, special accountant programs, MFG-Pro (or another one)
5. Working experience：5-10years experiences in FIE manufacturing industrial

岗位职责：
1. Provide leadership and supervision to finance team of daily accounting/tax/bank issues, month end closing, reporting and business analysis and be responsible for annual insurance renewal
2. Preparation of Group Consolidation Financial Statements and related internal reports. Work closely with external auditors and ensuring that statutory reporting requirements are met and in accordance with IFRS
3. Work closely with management team, leads the development and continuous improvement of monthly financial reporting, and performance analysis for management business review
4. Work closely with functional departments to ensure the proper internal controls are in place and functioning to protect company inventory/assets
5. Support Supply Chain to organize physical inventory counting, review material aging report and obsolete stock to improve inventory turnover
6. Responsible for annual budget/forecast preparation and presentation, as well as the business strategy and planning including sales forecast, cost center planning, investment planning, headcount planning, standard cost calculation definition.
7. Initiate SOP and WIs within department and ensure all processes/procedures are followed properly
8. Work out annual training plan for finance staff and set the targets for them as well as performance evaluation
