Responsibilities:

1. Expertly utilize the six sigma tools, such as Cpk, MSA, DOE, SPC etc. to solve all kinds of quality issue during compressor fabrication manufacturing.

2. Daily track to the status of NCR(Non-Conformity Request).Communicate with persons of warehouse, purchasing, production and engineering to make disposition for the Non-Conformity on each NCR. Make sure the disposition of each NCR can be implemented efficiently and closed on time.

3. Track the progress of the root cause analysis to Non-Conformity Products. Focus on some critical and frequent quality issues, and develop the improvement projects.

4. Maintain the control plan of incoming material quality inspection and collect the inspection and testing data.

5. Push the Quality Management System to go ahead. Complete the actions required by QMS.

6. Collect the data used in department KPI review, and assist Quality Manager to achieve the target of KPI.

7. Assist Quality Manager to carry out some training of basic quality tools, such as FMEA,Control Plan, MSA,QFD etc.

工作职责：

1. 熟练运用各种六西格玛工具，例如Cpk,MSA,DOE,SPC等等来解决压缩机组装过程中的各种质量问题。

2. 日常NCR(不合格品通知单)状态的跟踪。与仓库、采购、生产、工程等部门沟通协作，对已产生的不合格品制定处理方案，并确保处理方案的高效执行和NCR被及时关闭。

3. 跟踪导致不合格品产生的根本原因。重点关注严重的发生频率较高的质量问题，开展相关的改进项目。

4. 维护原材料来料质量检验的控制计划书，收集检验和测试数据。

Qualifications:

1. Strong will to implement the six sigma methodology in the company under the support from the management.

2. College degree to above, major in Mechanical, Automatic Control or Electric Engineering.

3. 2+ years experience in quality improvement projects. Green Belt project is preferred.

4. Good communication skills with the persons from different departments in a manufacturing plant.

5. Good command of English.
