1. Develop business opportunity from existing customers and potential customers via the collaboration with WSE training centers.
   通过与华尔街英语培训中心的合作,依据现有客户和潜在客户发展非标产品业务机会。

2. Develop new business opportunity via participating marketing event.
    通过参与市场部活动发展新业务机会。

3. Introduce WSE non-standard training products to potential customers and close contract.
   向潜在客户介绍非标培训产品，并且签署培训合同。

4. Work as a team to achieve personal sales targets.
     通过团队合作持续稳定地实现个人销售目标

5. Build strong relationships with colleagues and students to reach both sales and service objectives set by regional leader.
    通过团队合作实现由地区负责人设定的销售目标，与同事和学员建立密切的关系，以达成销售和服务目标；

6. Attend sales trainings and execute sales presentations in order to design suitable courses for potential customers and achieve individual targets timely.
    参加销售培训并做业务陈述，以便为潜在客户设计合适的课程，并按时完成个人目标

7. Key in daily task and opportunity updated in sales management system to ensure sales data is correct
    在销售系统中记录日常工作，并更新业务机会，以确保销售数据准确。

8. Build up sales pipeline and review individual performance monthly and quarterly.
    建立月度和季度销售预测，定期回顾个人业绩表现

9. Deliver product and sales training to WSE center sales team regularly to make alignment and promote business.
     定期向华尔街英语培训中心销售团队提供非标产品及销售策略培训以达到信息一致以及提升业务的需要.


Position Requirement 职位要求：

1. College degree or above, 3 year or above B2C direct sales experience. Prefer TL and above position experience.
     大专以上学历，3年及以上B2C直接销售经验。有培训中心课程顾问经理及以上岗位工作经验优先考虑.

2. Love sales work, willing to challenge the high salary.
     热爱销售，愿意挑战高薪

3. Strong team spirit and good communication skills.
    强烈的团队精神和出色的沟通能力

4. High sense of responsibility and customer service mentality (flexible working schedule necessary).
