接听客户的来电,回复顾客问询
Proactively answers customers’ calls and replies customers’ inquiries
? 按照标准操作流程,准确、及时地将顾客的服务需求录入设施管理系统中并分派给相关部门
Records customers’ requests into FMIS accurately and timely and dispatches the work orders generated from the system to related departments according to SOP
? 跟踪工单进展情况,及时向上级汇报未解决的遗留问题或异常情况
Mentors all types of helpdesk tickets, escalates unresolved issues or anomalies to the Service Supervisor
? 合理安排设施及时间,及时完成所有工作任务、活动,确保项目进程,提供高质量的成果和报告;
Manages priorities and time to ensure timely completion of all assignments, tasks, activities and processes to provide quality outputs, deliverables and reports.
? 电话回访客户以确保未决问题的完成
Calls back as needed to resolve outstanding queries
? 电话回访,及时沟通,收集客户的信息及客户的反馈意见
Conducts follow-up calls and communicates to collect customer’s information and feedback.
? 与供应商交流,确保工单的分配,随时变更需求,跟进工作需要
Communicates with approved subcontractors to allocate work orders, changes requests and follows up on jobs
? 在设施管理系统关闭之前与分包商合作,跟进关闭的项目
Follows up closed jobs with subcontractors before closing in FMIS
? 协助服务主管准备并提供日/周/月的服务报告并进行分析;
Assists in the preparation, reviews and submits of daily, weekly and monthly reports as required and analyze monthly working order statements.
? 汇报常见问题并总结解决方案
Provides reporting on frequently asked questions (FAQs) and general response metrics
? 负责客户与相关部门之间的沟通与联系;
Acts as a liaison between client and related unit.
? 汇总、录入客户的投诉,并协调各部门合理处理投诉;
Summarizes and records client’s complaint; assists other units to deal with complaints.
