A) Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree in electric engineering or related educational background.6 Sigma green belt is preferred
2.Good experience in process audit, problem solving, trouble shooting and CIT activities
3.More than 5 years working experiences in EMS industry, more than 3 years working experience in IPQC engineer
4.High skills of Process audit, improvement program
5.High skills in process defects diagnostic and analysis
6.High communication and negotiation skills
7.Familiar with QC tools, 6 sigma, PFMEA, CONTROL PLAN, MSA, APQP,PPAP,SPC, and ETC.
8.Good English in oral and writing
9.Abnormal inspection item was not detected on the medical report.
B) Job Function

1. Periodically monitor the production process, make sure in each process step the SOP and product specification is fuifilled
2. Analysis the process deviation with QA and process engineer and monitor the implementation of defined action plan
3. Guide the IPQC technician and make the routine IPQC inspection plan and SOP, follow up the IPQC inspection result and performance tendency with production and process responsible
4. Guide the IPQC technician and make sure the FAI for MO is carry out and key characteristics of product and process are under controlled
5. Guide the IPQC technician and carry out SPC control for key process parameters, review the report with product and process engineer in order to optimize the process setting and continuous improvement
6. Cooperate with product and process engineer to monitor the ECN implementation 举报 分享

It is essentially dedicated to design and manufacture electronic circuits and equipment for industrial markets, requiring custom-made systems for their products. Its products are widely used in the manufacturing automobile and white goods industries, including electronic locks, induction stoves, testing equipment, precision on-line measuring instrument, elevation lifts and vertical transportation control systems, etc.

In its 20 years of existence, the annual training plan for all departments of the company guarantees an up-to-date knowledge of electronics technology and the latest management and quality techniques in use, thus obtaining the best value of the company and the human team.

IKOR has taken the challenge of internationalization and exports its technology and products to foreign markets. In 1998, it opened a plant (MEXIKOR) in Guadalajara (Mexico) that covers 1,200 square meters with a daily production capacity of 250,000 units, quickly adopting the same degree of automation, flexibility and quality as IKOR in Spain.

Recognizing the importance of the Asian market, especially the advantage of China, IKOR has decided to establish a company called CHINAKOR, which is under construction in Suzhou Industrial Park. It will occupy an area of 13,000 square meters and will have a staff of more than 300. The construction of the factory has been finished by April, 2006. When settled up, CHINAKOR will become IKOR’s manufacturing center of Asia.
