Position summary/工作概述:
--- Cope with production leader to deal with mold process problems in production, simple machine problem to guarantee production smoothly to finish the assigned production task.
配合生产领班，及时处理模具在生产过程中的工艺问题，处理简单的机器故障，确保生产的顺利进行，完成指定的生产任务。

Main job assignment/主要工作任务(In order of importance, indicate the essential functions of the position)
---按生产计划上模开机，停机下模，确保换模效率；
Producte based on producetion plan, ensure the efficiency of changing mould.
---对注塑工艺，温度监控，真空监控，模具低压保护等进行点检和维护，并对相关记录进行归档；当班完成技术员点捡表，重点做预防性工作，在问题发生之前采取改善措施，预防问题发生；
Check and maintenance moulding process ,tempriture and so on, record it and keep in document on time. Do some Priventing action
 ---进行合理的工艺优化并报告翻班主管经过工程师确认；
Optimize process actively, and report to shift suprvisor, confirmed by engineer;
 ---定期进行模面清洁；
Clean the mould termly.
 ---生产异常改善和不良品通知单分析，改善和跟踪；
Analysis and improve abnoable production, following up it till solved.
 ---提升良率，降低停机率，当班完成各负责区域率最低Top1分析和停机率最高Top1分析；
Improve eligible rate, and reduce machine unused rate;TOP1 analysis;
 ---进行技术交流和学习，不断提升技术水平
Share your technical experience with your colleagues to improve whole technical level.
---5S，安全生产，持续改善，减少浪费，降低成本。
  Implement 5S, safe production, improve continuously, and reduce waste to cost down.
Qualifications/任职条件(List the MINIMUM qualifications required to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.)
---高中或中专以上学历，3年以上注塑工作经验；
High school and technical secondary school are min, have 3 years moulding management experiences at least.
 ---理解注塑工艺原理，具备基本的模具，注塑设备和品质管理知识；
Understand moulding process theory, have basic knowledge of moulding epuipment and quality management.
 ---具有从人，机，料，法，环等5方面分析问题的能力；
Could analysis problem around person, machine,metiral, method and tache.
 ---较好的沟通能力和团队合作精神；
Good conmunication and team work skills.
 ---有一定的英文基础，会操作Engel注塑机和Engel机械手编程者优先录用
Operate machine skillfully with English software and program Engel robot is preference. 举报 分享
