Job Title: Regional Account Manager

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reports to: Director of Sales & Marketing

Objective / Purpose:
Regional Account Manager is primarily responsible to identify, develop, and grow new business opportunities for the company, especially in the field of polyester filament, staple fiber, and spun yarns in northern China. Regional Account Manager will be a key member of the sales & marketing team and works closely with other members within the company to achieve company’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities & Functions:
? Manage the front line relationships with customers.
? Manage existing accounts and provide the best services to meet or exceed customer’s expectations and grow the business.
? Identify and develop new business opportunities in targeted market segments in the region.
? Manage key business opportunities and get to enclosure quickly.
? Set company strategy and budget as a key member of the team.
? Implement and execute company’s strategies and deliver the bottom-line.
? Manage monthly forecast and deliver the results.
? Collect market intelligence and share with other team members.

Position Specifications:
? Bachelor degree.
? 5-10 years sales experience in textiles industry. Sales experience in synthetic fiber such as polyester filament and staple is a plus.
? Should have technical knowledge of textiles or synthetic fibers.
? Excellent communication and presentation skills.
? Very good computer skills.
? Extensive travel is required.
? Self starter and Team player.
