职位描述：
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for tracking & forecasting business data, perform detailed budget tracking and analysis including appropriate commentary to Group leadership teams. Highlight areas of concern and recommend improvement actions.
- Drive sales growth and EBIT analysis and help the country to commit the sales growth target
- Generate regular Management / Analysis reports for business performance reviews;
- Provide commercial and financial analysis and support business decision making
- Identify and deliver business process improvements. Create and implement policies and procedures to improve the control environment and provide increased transparency of results and to improve forecast accuracy.
- Perform special analyses to support business decision making. – this can include financial analysis in support of strategic initiatives, rebate and pricing models, make vs. buy analysis, ROI etc.
- Drive profitability by customer/product margin analysis and close monitor order

Qualifications:
- BS degree major in finance or accounting.
- 6+ years with JV/Foreign companies experiences including 2-3 years FP&A experiences
- Excellent business analytical & problem solving skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- High logicality with quick learning capabilities and a good work ethic
- High level of personal & business integrity and can work under pressure in a rapid growing environment
- Able to manage multi-tasking and deadline simultaneously
- Self-motivated, professional and willing to work hard under fast moving requirements
- Ability to operate across, and influence within, a complex matrix organizational structure
- Advanced PC skills in MS Excel preferred with proficiency in MS Words, PowerPoint
- Good knowledge of ERP system
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and concepts.
