职位描述：
1.Source the right supplier based on purchasing plan, purchase direct/indirect materials and equipment/spare parts according to business needs and ensure on time delivery.
根据采购计划寻找合适的供应商，按照业务需求采购直接或间接物料及设备或备件并保证按时送达。
2.Review purchasing price, contract, payment terms; Negotiate price and retain related documents; Order processing, follow-up and report.
回顾采购单价，合同，付款条件；谈判价格并保留相应文件；订单处理，跟催及报告。
3.Evaluate & qualify suppliers and develop supplier database.
评估和认证供应商，发展扩大供应商基本信息。
4.Handle materials import and export issues.
处理材料进出口业务。
5.Study and update trainings for the related regulations such as customs, CIQ etc. to ensure the compliance in routine operations.
学习并按要求培训更新与海关、商检相关的法律法规知识，保证日常操作的合规。
6.Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.完成上级交办的其他任务。

职位要求：
1.Good communication skills.
良好的沟通技能。
2.Good Sourcing and Negotiation skills.
良好的开发供应商及谈判的技能。
3.Basic customs and CIQ awareness.
基本的海关及商检意识。
4.Bachelor or above, and international trade major is preferred.
学士及以上学历，国际贸易专业优先考虑。
5. Good English Skills.
良好的英语能力。
6. 优秀应届毕业生。
