Bid Designer/Senior Bid Designer
A fantastic opportunity to join one of the world’s leading Facilities Management companies. The Sodexo Corporate Services provides services to leading corporations in Consumer Goods, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, and Technology.
With our exciting growth and expansion in Asia, we are looking for a Bid Designer to be part of a newly formed team. With a strong aptitude to contribute and learn, the successful candidate will be rewarded with an enriching experience of working with internal customers from various countries. As a pioneer member of the Corporate Services Asia Bid team, he/she will be a key contributor in creating high quality documents and materials that help us make the difference to succeed in multi-million dollar tenders.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the bid team in the production of proposals that is consistently of highest quality and visual impact
- Proactively present ideas, designs and concepts to help develop impressive tender submissions and presentations
- Ensure compliance with required tender document deliverables
- Create and manage a range of document and presentation templates
- Also support the development of sales materials
- Work with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to turn written and numerical content into compelling graphical representations
- Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight client deadlines without compromising artistic creativity
- Support and assist global, regional, country bids when assigned
- Managing and maintaining archive of graphic files
- Actively research best-in-class designs
Ideal Candidate:
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Must have a meticulous eye for detail, and highly organized
- Highly familiar in using Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
- Desktop publishing software skills such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Corel
- Dreamweaver, Flash, or HTML will be a plus
- Familiar with both print and online medium
- 4-6 years working experience
- Experience in a B2B environment is a plus
- Self-starter, curious, willing to learn

- Client focused attitude, with ability to see things from clients perspective
- Self-starter, extremely curious, willing to learn
- Meticulous, eye for detail, highly organized
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enjoys working with people from different cultures and nationalities
- Comfortable in working with tight deadlines
