职位描述：
Marketing
? External Marketing events: Prepare and arrange various external events: Road show, seminar, conference, exhibition, sponsoring activity, product launching and corporate event
? Internal Marketing communication: build internal communication platform, prepare internal communication material and issue the content, manage Wechat group account
? Product marketing: To drive product image positioning and generate the related marketing communication materials, like product leaflet, catalogue, video, advertisement, presentation…
? PR: Writing promotion article in English and Chinese for External and Internal
Admin
? Answering the phone calls and receiving the visitors
? Monthly attendance record
? Tickets and hotel reservation
? Admin Cost Report
? Monthly admin cost summary and allocation (Courier fee-Domestic & International、Stationary fee、Canteen 、Telecom、Shuttle Bus、Guard 、etc)

任职要求：
? University degree preferably in Marketing; Business administration, communication.
? Minimum 3+ years marketing/admin experience in multinational companies, better with event, PR experience. Ideally with Electrical power industry background.
? Good English capability in both spoken and written Quality Specific Goals.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills, exhibits the ability to interact effectively with various types of people.
? Proficient at PC office software such as excel, word, PowerPoint etc.
? Good communication skills and good coordinator.
? Proactive, honest, efficient, result-oriented, good team spirit, and multi-tasking.
? Ability to work under intensive pressure and tight deadline.
