职位描述：
Job Responsibility:
1.Conduct on site supplier assessments to evaluate supplier capabilities and identify improvement opportunities, provide supplier quality recommendation on the potential suppliers for global procurement programs;
2.Edit and conduct quality manual development, quality procedures, and quality policies
3.Provide immediate containment and proper controls at the supplier and conduct root cause analysis for product quality issues, drive continuous quality improvement at the supplier site;
4.Serves as a global SQE role for all units when involved suppliers are located in China, Asia Pacific, and globally.
5.Support to develop outsourcers, supply base, and in-house manufacturing to be the Center of Excellence of TydenBrooks, and to achieve the best enterprise cost for the all products ship to global sites.
6.Lead all compliances program and implementations with internal clients and external supply bases, including ISO9001:2008, ISO17712, C-TPAT, in-house and 3rd party laboratory test certifications, to ensure flawless launch and quality of TydenBrooks products;

Job requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree in Engineering; Master is a plus but not required.
2.Minimum 3 years of work experience, mainly in supplier quality
3.Familiar with all Quality Tools, and inspection techniques both in-house and at vendors’ sites.
4.Certifications in Quality Auditor or Quality Engineering will be a plus. 举报 分享
