职位描述
Job title: Marketing Administrator
Report to: Marketing Research Manager
Main aim of job:
l Responsible for analyzing and collecting market intelligence to support central management and customer teams to well understand and learn the market.
Responsibilities:
l Collect external information of auto industry, OEM groups, competitors, and national car industrial policies.
l Analyze and report on the research learning/results.
l Support internal information collection (ZUP, ZVT, customer teams, benchmark).
l Provide collected information to the Brose internal information system and coordinate the due dates for information updates of the internal functions.
l Improve, develop and layout of the competitor profiles and databases.
l Support the preparation process for competitor workshops.
l Support the strategic analysis of competitors (e.g. by setting up a SWOT)
l Search and screen internet and database information.
l Carry out special market analysis on request.
Requirements:
l Bachelor's Degree (or above) Marketing, closely related degree or similar skills and qualification acquired through business experience, mother tongue Chinese (mandarin)
l Minimum 3 year experience, preferable in automotive industries
l Skilled in Microsoft tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
l High analytical skills.
l High capability in strategic thinking and acting.
l Excellent motivational, interpersonal, oral / written presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
