职位描述：
工作职责:

1.根据公司人力资源规划，协助部门经理建立并完善公司各种员工招聘制度及政策，并根据需要进行及时调整、修改；
2.根据公司人力资源规划和各部门的人力资源需求计划，协助部门经理制订员工招聘计划；
3.定期或不定期的进行人力资源内外部状况分析及员工需求调查并进行员工需求分析；
4.利用公司各种有利资源，组织开拓和完善各种人力资源招聘渠道，发布招聘信息；
5.协助部门经理，组织开展招聘工作；
6.根据公司人力资源规划的定编定岗状况，进行工作分析，编制并及时更新职位说明书；
7.完成直接上级交办的其他工作。

任职要求：
1、 大专以上学历；
2、 年龄23-30岁之间；
3、 具有招聘工作经验和良好的招聘能力；
4、 有团队合作精神和优秀的职业道德品质；
5、 抗压力强。
 Recruitment Specialist
Job responsibilities of recruitment specialist:
1 according to the company's human resources planning, assist the Department Manager to establish and improve the company's staff recruitment system and policies, and timely adjustments and modifications, as needed;
2 assist the Department Manager in the recruitment plan according to the company's human resource planning and human resource requirements;
3 regular or irregular internal and external conditions of human resources analysis and employee needs survey and analysis of employee needs;
4 make use of all kinds of favorable resources to develop and improve the recruitment channels, release the recruitment information;
5 assist department manager to organize recruitment;
6 based on the HR planning, job analysis, prepare and update the job description;
7 other tasks assigned by direct superior.

Job requirements:
1, college degree or above;
2, age between 23-30 years old;
3, with recruitment experience and good recruitment skills;
4. Good team work spirit and good professional ethics;
