职位描述
Report to: Sales Manager
Communicate with: Stoneridge Global Locations (North America, Europe, Asia Pacific)
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechanical-electrical or Automotive Engineering.
- Good English
- 5 years or above working experience within the auto industry, minimum 3 years as a Sales.
- Engineering background is preferred.
- Working experience in a multi-national company is preferred.
- Working experience related to Tier Suppliers and upper OEMs is preferred.
- Sensors, switches experiences preferred.
- Strong presentation and computer skills, with experience using spreadsheet, database and presentation software (e.g. PowerPoint)
- Motivated self-starter

- Proactive / win-win mentality
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Creative in problem solving
- Hands-on experience in a start-up environment is preferred

Responsibility:
- Support business development for speed sensors or solenoid valves (engine or turbocharger control-based).
- Provide tactical liaison support to global sales teams and operating divisions
- Identify OEM or Tier One account opportunities, filter sales inquiries and interpreting customer’s requirements to anticipate and exceed their needs for project acquisitions.
- Ensure timely responses to customers as a follow-up to any project and monitoring progress and competition; fully representing voice of customer.
- Assist with adequate application engineering expertise at the customer location to apply SRI products; solving issues, determining and clarifying product requirements.
- Communicate technical and commercial customer requirements to appropriate divisions and teams.
- Formulate competitive assessments and develop market penetration strategies, tactical plans to support approved strategies and goals.
- Regularly report to management with business development and sales updates for strategy and resource alignment.
- Support sales calls and product and capability presentations, demonstrating how a specific product will meet the customers application requirements
- Must be able to travel within China. Travel required to Stoneridge global locations as business requires
