设计足球训练在位于无锡各地的训练场地进行少儿足球的培训教学。
准确记录课程信息，并将相关文件归档整理。
将会员的反馈及时向管理层传达，并协同寻求相关服务的改进。
协助俱乐部进行宣传/赛事活动或其他的训练课程。
如有需要，参加&协助俱乐部与其他第三方活动&赛事。
职位要求
致力于投身少儿足球培训，为俱乐部贡献出自己卓越的服务，并协助在无锡的业务拓展。
本科及以上学位（体育、英语、公关或服务有关专业优先）。
出色的中英双语听说能力。
具或足球培训经验者或教练执照优先考虑。
具备幼教相关经历者优先。
·优秀的组织协调能力，高效并注重细节。
·守时可靠，言行得体。
·优秀的人际交往能力，友善随和。
能够很好地适应国际化办公环境，能够与不同国籍、不同文化背景的人沟通交流。
·有能力去激发孩子对足球的热情和对提高技术的渴求。
Ideal candidates should be lively and enthusiastic, and have a passion for both football and for working with children. Excellent spoken and aural English and little Chinese language skills and a knowledge of football are required. Soccer coaching qualifications are preferable but not essential. Experience of working with children and/or soccer coaching experience is advantageous; a desire to develop the love of the game in young players is a must!
Full-time and part-time positions are available.
Responsibilities
·Work with the Chinese assistant and train kids(5-17 years old) at venues across Wuxi.
·Maintain accurate course records and documentation.
·Reporting feedback to management to improve the quality of coaching products and services.
·Assisting in the promotion of the club’s coaching programmes and events as required.
·Attend club events, activities and tournaments as required.
Requirements
A desire and commitment to be part of the club’s growing local and international coaching team.
University degree (Major in Sports Studies, English, PR or Communications preferred)
Fluent spoken English and excellent listening skills.
A football coaching qualification and/or experience advantageous
Experience of working with children preferred.
Reliable, punctual and well-mannered.
Outgoing, friendly and approachable
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with people of all nationalities and backgrounds
Good organization skills, and the ability to follow procedures, with a keen eye for detail.
The ability to inspire young people to learn the world’s most popular game!
