Overview:

Develop and manage the Asia regional demand processes, policies and procedures, manage and facilitate the monthly S&OP demand planning cycle and assist APAC Sub-Region sales manager and production manager on customer offer creation, co-work with CCP on demand allocation management, support on achieving Energy's growth strategy in Asia within corporate policies and procedures.

AREAS OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Asia S&OP Demand Planning
1. Develop and drive Asia demand planning process as the regional S&OP demand facilitator; Consolidate the Asia S&OP demand pack for submission to management monthly business review; 2. Cooperate with other region demand team to develop cross region demand planning process, assist on global demand creation and monthly review
3. Develop forecast measurement matrix, consistantly improve quality of demand forecast Planning accuracy/variance STR perfromance50%

Inventory management
1. Align stock policy with PM, sales and SC planning, create competitive offer to customer (Stock policy and Accountability lead-time)
2. Deploy quarterly review, keep regular communication with internal and external customer about offer change
3. Develop and implement VMI or consignment stock solution to support kep customer business growth FG inventory ACCLT20%

Demand management tool
Cooperate TEIS and other region, to align the use of demand management tool, define functional modules and standard process, remove blocksSystem efficiency & effectiveness20%

Priorities and demand allocation Co-work with CCP on escalation and shortage managementECE10%

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education, Technical Qualification & Experience
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in sales forecast maintenance & channel management in multinational company
3. Experience in energy industrial product sales environment is an added advantage 4. Good oral and written communication and presentation skills (both English and Chinese)
