职位描述：
工作职责：
1.根据公司战略规划,制订公司生产计划、预算及完成生产任务；
According to the company strategic plan,make the production plan, budget and completion of the production tasks;
2.负责生产部门的组织建设,人员设置,培训,管理工作；
Responsible for production department‘s structure, staffing, training and management;
3.负责安排生产计划,生产物料控制,质量保证,保证工厂正常运行；
Responsible for arranging the production plan, material controlling, quality assurance, keep the factory running smoothly;
4.每月度审核部门目标完成状况,确保高效率的生产并不断激励团队发展；
Review the completion status of Monthly Dept. Quality Target, and ensure the high productivity and inspire the development
of team members continuously;
5.编制和不断完善生产制造流程，及时处理生产运行中间的各种突发情况；
Work out and continuous optimization of the manufacturing processes, handle the emergency problems timely during the production;
6.根据公司质量体系配套要求，制定本部门的程序文件和指导书；
According to the requirements of company quality system, work out department's procedure file and instruction file;
7.推进6S系统及EHS系统管理,保证生产现场的整洁和安全。
Implement 6S and EHS management system, and ensure the workshop safe and tidy.

任职资格：
◆知识要求
相关专业专科以上学历,具有生产制造行业管理经历,懂注塑技术；
Degree holder above junior college ; Have management experience in manufacturing, well known molding technology;
◆ 经验要求 Experience Requirement
5年以上注塑行业工作经验,3年以上大中型欧美企业相关管理经验；
Over 5 years molding industry work experience, 3 years or more large and medium-sized business-related management experience in Europe and America.
◆ 技能要求 Skill Requirement
1、熟悉生产人员配置,生产计划、培训、考核等内容；
Familiar with the production of staffing, production planning, training, assessment, etc.
2、熟练掌握和应用计算机办公软件；
Operating office software expertly;
3、良好的英语听说能力；
Have good English listening, writing, reading ability.
4、有良好的沟通、表达能力，有较强的组织能力和应变能力；
Good communicated and expressive ability; Strong organized and solve ability when meet an emergency

乐观开朗,细心谨慎,原则性强,能承受一定的压力.
Open-minded, chariness and cautel, work with principle; Be able to work under pressure;

30周岁以上. 30 years old above;
