IT Project Manager - Job Description
Capvision is a leader in providing market research services to the investment community in China. We work with investment firms by providing direct consultations with industry experts and market intelligence reports on the China market. Capvision Partners provides its clients with access to its proprietary expert network in China and creates packaged reports for client consumption. By utilizing the Capvision Expert Network of over 50,000 industry and subject matter experts, we are able to provide efficient and high-quality services to help the world's leading financial institutions, consultancies, and corporations gain insight and knowledge on China's businesses and economy.

Responsibilities
? Product Management
o Own IT development process for 1 or multiple projects
o Able to work with team to understand both internal and external client requirements
o Determine best method to create a superior user experience
? Project Management
o Create workplan with milestones, resources required and team for each project
o Coordinate with all team members to ensure projects run effectively and on time
? Process Engineering
o Develop deep understanding of current workflows and processes throughout the company
o Determine ways to improve processes to increase overall company productivity and efficiency
Qualifications
- 3-5 years into work at an IT consulting firm (Accenture, IBM, CapGemini, etc.) working and/or leading with IT process reengineering, process improvement projects
- Basic understanding of written and verbal English
- Enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment
- Able to learn quickly. This responsibilities of this role can grow quickly
- Detailed and process oriented
- Analytical Mindset
- Strong team ethic
