CeramTec is an international manufacturer and supplier of Technical Ceramics with more than 100 years history. CeramTec supply well over 10,000 different Products, Components and Parts made of a variety of engineered ceramic materials.

SPK cutting tool is one of division of CeramTec and have been a success solution for high efficiency machining since 1957. SPK cutting tool is focused on cast iron and harden steel, the application covers automotive, gears & bearings, engineering, wind energy and aerospace industries. （www.ceramtec.com)
 
SPK China sales and engineering team set up in 2011 and we has a strong ambition in China to further grow in terms of sales and profitability. With the rapid growth of automotive market in North China area over the last few years and the expectation over the next few years, we need to increase our human resources to maintain our customer satisfaction level. Therefore, we are now looking for a Sales Engineer to develop new customers and offer satisfied technical support to our existed customer and distributors in North China(Guangdong,Guangxi, Fujian,Hainan Province)
.
The position is based in Guangzhou or Dongguan and would directly report to Sales Director in China, below please refer to the job description:
 
Key performance areas 岗位职责:
-Develop new customers and application opportunities in South China region Guangdong,Guangxi, Fujian,Hainan Province)
开发中国华南地区的新客户，负责产品的市场渠道开拓（广东、广西、福建、海南）;
- Technical support for existed customers and distributors
为客户及经销商提供技术支持;
- Monitor and analyses sales activities against targets and provides timely feed-back to sales director regarding growth development and performance.
关注并分析会影响销售目标的信息，及时向销售总监反馈相关产品市场发展动向;
- Effectively and actively visit existing and potential customers to gain a clear understanding of customers' business and product needs.
积极主动的拜访现存客户及潜在客户，了解客户的业务及产品需求;
- Gather information and provide feed-back on competitor activities.
收集并反馈竞争对手的相关信息;
- Visit trade shows and customer training seminars.
参加展会及客户培训研讨会等活动;
- Other duties as assigned.
领导分配的其他工作任务.
 
Your profile 任职要求:
- College degree with major in mechanical engineering
大专及以上学历，机械工程类相关专业;
- Minimum 2-3 years' related experience in cutting tool or machine industry
至少2-3年的刀具或机械行业的相关销售经验;
- Be an active door-opener with solid cutting tool application knowledge
有“刀具应用”相关知识;
- Have the ability to effectively present information to customers in the native language and English.
能够用普通话或英语清晰准确地向客户表达相关信息;
- Skilled at Microsoft Office software
熟悉微软办公软件;
- Good communication skill for product feature, price coordination, payment and delivery.
在介绍产品特性、协调价格、付款及发货等方面有良好的沟通技巧;
- Solid time management and priority skill;
善于时间管理及协调工作的优先级;
- Team sprite and hard-working in an efficient way;
具有团队精神且愿意不断学习;
- Quick learning and fast growing to integrate into the company;
学习能力强，能较快的适应企业文化，与公司共同进步;
- CET-4 or above.
