Responsibilities:
Job Purpose / Key Objective ？
Resolve second-line HR requests in line with turn-around time SLA's, quality standards and policies. ？ Handle more complex requests that require policy interpretation. ？
Escalate/refer cases to Centers of Expertise as appropriate and communicate effectively with managers, employees and on site HR.
Key Accountabilities ？
1. Take, investigate and resolve second line requests in line with turn-around time SLA's and quality standards.
2. Deal with more complex HR enquiries relating to HR policy interpretation (e.g. compensation and benefits and (legal) regulations) and advice to managers and employees. ？
3. Escalate cases as appropriate to Centers of Expertise. ？
4. Identify returning questions and/or opportunities for improvement on work processes, techniques and systems and make a suggestion for improvement to the team leader. ？
5. Contribute to the transfer and retention of knowledge and information within and outside HR Services and keep HRS knowledge management system up-to-date. ？
6. Participate in various HR projects and execute assigned project activities.
Requirements:
Knowledge, Qualifications and Experiences
Education & Major:
Management Major and related, with college degree or above.
Language skill & certificate:
Fluently verbal English, and good business English writing. Standard mandarin degree is preferred.
Related working experience:
2 ~ 6 years relevant HR working experience
Computer skill & certificate:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and HR related technology, including payroll system, employees master data system and others.
Skills & Competencies ？
1. In deep knowledge of all working and system processes within the HR services organization; ？
2. Familiar with national & local labour related laws, as well as company HR policies; ？
3. Strong data sense and focus on details; ？
4. Excellent process & project management skill, and good follow-up skill; ？
5. Good analytical and problem solving skill; ？
6. Customer manic with good service attitude; ？
7. Good team player and discipline ？
8. Good listening and communication skill; ？
9. Pursuit for executional excellence;
